Starts at $4,000 for a 3 Bedroom Home:

Don’t let an increased budget scare you. We have found that these small updates to a home have a big impact on its ability to rent. Our homes have seen an immediate increase in bookings and are able to charge $35-$60+ more per night for a 3 bedroom town home.

With this budget we will unleash Stitch as he makes fun changes to your home.

In this budget range these are some of the changes we can make:

New bedding
New throw pillows fitting with your chosen theme
New window coverings
Repainting existing decor to fit with the chosen theme
Custom, one of a kind, artwork by one of our artists
Changing/altering light fixtures
Adding new decor

To keep the budget low, we repurpose existing art, often painting over it with colors or styles to fit the new theme. We work with existing wall colors, furniture, and floor coverings saving hundreds, even thousands of dollars.

The more rooms we do, the further your money goes as we have more rooms to switch decor with.

This living room was themed to this families favorite film, Lilo & Stitch.

We carried the Lilo & Stitch tropical vibes into the bedrooms as well. We repurposed the art by moving it to a new room and repainting it to match the decor.
